GENERAL INFORMATION

HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?

1. E-Mail actioncopynj@msn.com or call 908-876-9550 and speak to our program director, Diana Yuen, with your questions and request a sample packet.

2. Present this idea to your committee because this will be a joint effort between students, parents, teachers and a coordinator designated by your organization.

3. Once a decision is made, you will receive free fundraising kits that will include order form, student brochure, sample greeting card and note sheet. To help you organize your project, you will also receive class tally sheets, master order form, and how-to-instructions.

4. Have your student draw, paint or color on an 8 1/2 X 11 or 9 X 12 plain paper sheet. This can be part of a classroom activity or an independent project. You may want the kids to do multiple pictures so the parents can choose their favorite. Be sure the student's name is on the artwork, so the recipient of the personalized item will recognize the artist. For larger schools, you may consider using this as a take home project.

5. Send the artwork home in our order kit. We will also insert extra drawing paper so siblings can participate too.

6. Have your teacher collect the order kits for their class along with all payments. Your teacher or your coordinator will need to complete a class tally sheet and confirm all payments. The coordinator will deposit all cash and checks into your organization's bank account.

7. The coordinator will need to submit the following to us:

- The class tally sheet along with all artwork in the order kits.

- The school tally sheet.

- Full payment .

8. Just sit back and let us complete your order. Please allow 3-6 weeks for completion.

9. The final step is distribution. The original artwork and finished product will be packaged together and grouped by class. This will ease the distribution process. Your coordinator can distribute the order to the students by class.
